HOW IT ALL BEGAN...
We are two high school students who decided to start this magazine. Looking at the current school system worldwide, we realized that education was restricted to books and examinations.
This magazine aims to show how all the subjects we study are interrelated and shouldn't be considered in isolation; thus, the name 'world entwined.' There is magic and excitement behind each combination which we wish to showcase through each of our new issues.
So sit back and enjoy as the pages of this magazine teleport you to the past, propel you to the future and bring you back to your sitting room couch with a thud!

ABOUT US
Juhi Grover, Co-founder
Hi! I’m Juhi. I’m a grade 11 student living in Canada. Some of my hobbies include reading and writing. I have a passion for mathematics as well.
To spread my love for mathematics, I started a Math Club, called 'The Radicals,' at my school this year. We cover math topics that are not taught in a traditional classroom, as well as provide homework support.
This magazine is special to me because I have many friends who love seemingly-contrasting subjects and feel like they have to choose just one as their career. I want them to know that everything we learn is connected. All these subjects are not as different as they seem. I want them to realize that they do not have to choose one thing. They are allowed to be as unique and authentic as they wish to be.
We hope that you see this magazine as something that encourages you to pursue your passions, even if they are non-conventional.
Thank you for your love and support!
Navya Ghosh, Co-founder
Hello everyone. I’m Navya, a student of grade 11 in India. I love writing, dancing and baking.
As a child I used to try to recreate my own magical world of fairy dust and pixies after having gorged on Enid Blyton books. In my high school years the writing spree continues. I have undertaken quite a few report writing for start up organizations as summer internship work and am also a regular contributor to my school magazine.
In the Indian system of education students are supposed to take up pre-designed subject combinations. I strongly feel that it is necessary to expose them and make them aware of the diverse subject combinations available and therefore realize the fun side of academics. This very thought gave birth to this magazine ‘World Entwined’.
The magazine, a labor of love, works around different time zones, work hours and schedules. It is an effort of grueling hours put in. We truly hope that it makes students like us start seeing academics through a different lens, altogether, to take up all the subjects of their choice and not be forced into taking pre designed subject combinations.
Hope you like it!
